Both cottages benefit from FREE UNLIMITED WIRELESS BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS.

To use this complimentary service, you will need to bring your own wireless enabled laptop PC, with either a Centrino mobile processor or plug in USB or PCMCIA wireless networking adaptor.

Please advice us before your arrival that you wish to use the WiFi broadband and we will provide you with the necessary access password.

To log onto the WiFi access, you will need to switch on your PC and ask it to scan for a new wireless network connection (this may be detected automatically dependent upon your PC setup and operating system). The wireless network name is "WroxhamCottages" which will be shown with a small security padlock. Click the wireless network name to connect and you will be requested to enter a password. Please type in the password provided with your booking confirmation to complete the connection. You should then have access to both the internet and your email or webmail accounts. The broadband access is unlimited and operates at speeds of up to 8Mb (subject to the quality of connection and use by other guests)

Please note that as this service is complimentary, we are unable to provide any technical support although connection should be quite simple if you are using Windows XP or Vista with the relevant wireless networking hardware.
